My role as your coach is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you see more clearly, think more broadly and act more deliberately. The coaching conversation is confidential. My approach is to create a calm environment where you can be open about the issues that are difficult to explore elsewhere, while providing thoughtful challenge, where a different perspective could unlock progress. Coaching is about creating the conditions for you to become more capable and conscious of your leadership approach.

I combine practical leadership experience, academic rigour and a distinctive coaching presence. The focus is depth over volume, relationships over transactions, and sustainable performance over quick fixes. With more than 20 years of leadership and coaching experience, a Doctorate in Coaching, and EMCC-qualified senior practitioner, I bring both professional coaching expertise and a practical understanding of the realities of organisational leadership.

My approach combines reflection with challenge, psychological safety with accountability and insight with action. The result is coaching that is personal, rigorous and grounded in the realities of your leadership role.
