Almach Leadership Ltd is run by Brodie - a commercially experienced and qualified executive coach, mindfulness trainer and facilitator. She has been a senior leader in the retail and professional services sector before qualifying as an executive and team coach working with people at all levels up to Board level both in private and public sectors in the UK.

Brodie identified early on in her leadership roles the importance of supporting and developing individuals and teams, not only for the benefit of the individual but also the organisation.

We collect certain information or data about you when you use almachleadership.com.

Personal data, under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is defined is:

• Sending you information and / or resources regarding our services and products and future events.

The information we would ike to collect from you and process is as follows.

 Our legal basis for processing the personal data:

• Consent - the individual has given clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose.
• Contract - the process is part of a contract you have with an individual or organisation, or because they haven asked for specific steps prior to entering in to a contract.
• Legitimate interests - the processing is necessary for legitimate interests unless there is good reason to protect the individuals personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.

Personal data - specialised categories concerned are;

Health data - as part of the Mindfulness application process, a health declaration is required to be accepted on any mindfulness course run by Almach Leadership Ltd. On receipt of the form, Brodie will review the information and assess their suitability to attend the Mindfulness course. The form is then deleted or destroyed.

Consent 

By consenting to this privacy policy you are giving us permission to process your data specifically for the purposes identified. Consent is required fro Almach Leadership Ltd to process personal data, but it must be explicitly given.

'Other' forms of data collection includes:

• questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your email address if you send an email to us
• your IP address, and details of which version of web browser you used
• information on how you use the site, using cookies to help us improve the website

This helps us to:

• improve the site by monitoring how you use it
• respond to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to

We can’t personally identify you using the 'other' forms of data as mentioned directly above.

Where your data is stored

We store your data on our secure servers in the UK.

Transmitting information over the internet is generally not completely secure, and we can’t guarantee the security of your data.

Any data you transmit is at your own risk.

We have procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure once we receive it.

We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.

Your rights

You can find out what information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us via our Contact Form or emailing hello@almachleadership.com. Our newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.

Almach Leadership Ltd will process personal data  for as long as they are in contact with you and you are attending their courses, events or coaching activities and consenting to receiving their marketing information / resources and will store the personal data for 6 years plus the financial year as advised by their Accountant.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Almach Leadership Ltd or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to make a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and Almach Leadership GDPR owner. The details of these are;
