How can I support the development of you and your people?
As a coach, I can help you manage those self-limiting beliefs that only hold us back. My role is to engage with you in direct and often challenging conversations to facilitate the enhancement of your performance alongside your own self-directed learning which will enable you to grow personally and professionally. As your coach, my role is to be a facilitator of change whilst leaving the responsibility to change with you. Coaching is a collaborative process with the focus on solution based, results orientated and systematic process.

Coaching is an interaction between a coach and coachee, usually by way of a series of conversations over a period of time. The intention is that as your coach, I will support you in a way that benefits your learning, self-awareness, self-development to improve performance and reach your goals.
My first experience of coaching was one of intrigue and curiosity, in what way would I benefit from coaching?! Little did I realise how beneficial having a coach to support my development, challenge me, walk alongside me in times of confusion and create a space for me to make the decisions important to me. It is my intent to offer this to my clients.

Having over 20 years of experience managing and leading teams has led to a good understanding of the dynamics and behaviours that play out in teams and groups at all levels. My role is to assist your teams with several support mechanisms of consulting, coaching and skills training.
