Coaching Skills for Team Leaders

How beneficial would it be to your organisation if more of your team leaders used coaching skills every day?

You already know that coaching skills benefit the quality of the conversations and support individual learning, development and performance when they are used. You move from a ‘done to’ environment to one where more people are engaged and share their ideas and creativity for the benefit of the organisation.

This one day ‘coaching skills’ training covers the basic approach to learning how to use coaching skills every day. Like most things we are new at, the more we practice the better we become.

Using a coaching approach will enable you to engage in direct and often challenging conversations to facilitate the enhancement of another’s performance. The day is designed to leave team leaders with tools and experience of having more effective conversations to generate better performance within their teams.

How does it work?

Developing coaching skills in your team leaders will help support develop more of a coaching culture across your organisation.

A guide to the process is;

  • Meeting to discuss your requirements and how we can work together.
  • One day training.
  • Delegates minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 people.

Options;

  • Individual EQ-I profiling and debrief.
